What we collect

• Assessment answers — processed entirely in your browser to show your result. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.
• Email address and first name — only if you sign up for the free 7-Day Action Challenge. Sign-up uses double opt-in: you receive a confirmation email and your subscription starts only after you confirm. We store your consent record (what you agreed to and when) together with your subscription.
• Messages you send us — if you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond.
• Analytics data — only if you accept analytics cookies. See the Cookie Preferences page for details.

How we use it

To deliver the content you asked for (such as the 7-Day Action Challenge emails), to respond to your messages, and — with your consent — to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

• Brevo (Brevo SAS, France) — stores your email address, first name and consent record, and sends the confirmation and challenge emails.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — page-visit and usage statistics, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. IP addresses are anonymized.
• Website hosting — the site is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure, which serves the pages you request.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in every email.
• Change your cookie choice anytime on the Cookie Preferences page.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example California's CCPA/CPRA) or other applicable regulations. Contact us to exercise them.
